What is your biggest pet peeve when driving?

The California driver (typically Asian, no offense) that gets on the freeway, then goes to the far left lane and goes between 40-50 mph. Said driver then decides to pull across four lanes of traffic to make their exit about 1/4 of a mile prior to said exit.
