Mr July 2010

So I had been wanting to get some decent photos of me taken for a while. I am 30-something and the way time flies by, I figure I will be in the gay nursing home before I know it. It will be nice to have some photos of myself to remember an earlier day when I was younger and less wrinkled. I met Walter through a mutual friend and after a couple of conversations and looking at his portfolio, I was hopeful that we could get get some shots that were tasteful, artistic, but not over the top. After looking at the proof sheets, I saw we had some decent shots. Still, I didn't realize the work that goes into the photos post-shoot. Walter has been e-mailing me these shots a few at a time this week as they become available and they are amazing. I could not be more thrilled with how they are turning out. Here are a few of the shots.

We shot a lot of these at the abandoned Naval Air Station in Alameda. My dad used to fly in and out of here in the 50s and 60s long before I was born. Funny how everything comes full circle.

Hope you are all having a great month and summer. Cuidate.
